After your payment has been received, your order will be processed (approximately 5-7 business days). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail which will include your tracking number, which will allow you to track your package online.

We want you to adore your new hair! If you are not satisfied and would like to exchange it, you will need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your hair. If you want to return your order for an exchange you will need to include the hair in it's original packaging.
Federal laws state that you cannot return any hygienic product (human hair products fall in this category) that have been used. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns. This is an industry standard and we are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers also do not allow returns on used items for the same reasons.
We do not provide refunds, only exchanges for store merchandise. Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise which has not been used or altered (DO NOT wash, brush, comb, color, pick out, cut, or process etc.)
The hair must be returned unaltered and in its original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping cannot be refunded for returned orders being exchanged.
